Withdrawing with Skrill

Skrill is a prepaid online wallet that allows you to make online payments. You can use Skrill for both deposits and withdrawals.

Depending on your registered country, you may need to have made a previous Skrill deposit in the past 12 months for this method to be available for withdrawals. If you deposited with Skrill in the past 12 months, we'll process your withdrawal back to your Skrill account, up to the amount deposited. Also, we'll always send the funds in the same currency as your last Skrill deposit. You can withdraw any remaining amount to any method available in the Cashier, including Skrill.

How do I withdraw using Skrill?

To withdraw funds to your Skrill account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Cashier. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
   
2. Select the 'Withdraw' tab.
3. Enter your withdrawal amount and select the green arrow.
4. If you have any pending automatic withdrawals, you'll see:
   • The amount.
   • The method and account.
   • Any remaining amount after the automatic withdrawals.
5. If you don't have any pending automatic withdrawals, choose Skrill from the available options. If you're in the UK, please choose 'Skrill 1-Tap'.
6. If you've deposited with this method in the past 12 months, your Skrill details will be pre-populated. Otherwise, enter your Skrill details.
7. Submit your request by pressing the green arrow.

We'll process your withdrawal request within 72 hours, and the funds will be credited immediately upon approval.

If you're using our mobile app, always remember to log out properly before closing the app. If you get blocked by the system, wait 10 minutes before logging back in.

I'm trying to withdraw, but I can't. Why?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed Skrill withdrawal:

• Your Skrill account can't receive funds from online gaming sites. Reach out to Skrill directly and ask them if your account can receive funds from online gaming sites.
• You have pending automatic withdrawals to other methods. We'll automatically send your withdrawal request back to the methods used in the last 12 months, up to the amount deposited. You can withdraw any remaining amount to any of the methods available in the Cashier, including Skrill.
• The email address entered is incorrect. Please double-check the Skrill details are correct and try again.
• Connectivity issues. Try again later.
• Your Skrill account is suspended or has any security issues. Reach out to Skrill directly for more information.
