      How do I generate my account history file?

      After opening the Playing History Audit section, follow these steps:

      1. Select a date range for the report.
      2. Create a password to protect the file.
        You may choose any password.
        Do NOT use your account password for security reasons.
      3. Select a file format:
        • Excel (97–2003)
        • HTML
        • Text file (.txt)
      4. Select Submit.
      5. Enter your account password to confirm the request.

      How will I receive my account history file?

      • After you confirm the request, the system sends an email to your registered email address.
      • The email contains instructions to download your account history file.

      What should I do if I cannot open the file?

      If you cannot open the downloaded file, the issue may be caused by an outdated or unsupported compression program.

      To resolve this, upgrade or install a supported file extraction tool:

      • update your current file extraction tool
      • or install a supported tool such as WinZip or 7-Zip
