Cannot connect: Error 2/89

The error 2/89 indicates that this issue is related to a proxy server being used while trying to access our software. This can be resolved by disabling the proxy settings as per the instructions below:

  1. Press the 'Win' + 'R' keys together then type 'inetcpl.cpl' and press 'OK'
  2. Choose the 'Connections' tab
  3. Select 'LAN Settings'
  4. Uncheck 'Use a proxy for your LAN...'
