The new Promotions & Rewards Hub

Great news. We're launching a new Promotions & Rewards Hub where you'll have everything in one place.

What's going to change?

We're bringing you a combined interface for all our promotions and rewards features. Located at a single access point across each of our platforms, you'll find these menus easily:

• My Rewards (filled with Chests, bonuses, tournament tickets, Free Spins, Free Bets and all the things you love)
• PokerStars Rewards (for you to check your progress bar and Chest widget)
• Challenges
• Leader Boards

While the features remain the same, the information will move to one joint hub for easy access. Some designs and layouts will also get a makeover in the process.

Why this change?

We've listened to you and learned it's not always been easy for players to find features about our offers on PokerStars. That's why we've put our heads together and come up with a solution where you have everything you want in one place. It's that simple.

• With the new Hub, you'll have a streamlined and transparent experience, making it easier than ever to get the full picture, fast.
  • Find and understand the promotions that matter most to you with only a few clicks.
  • See at a glance what Chests you have and where you're at with your current one.
• Plus, the new design is state-of-the-art with clear headers and graphics.

In short, you'll get a seamless experience.

Where is the new Hub?

It'll be a separate header menu on PokerStars. As soon as the Hub is available on the platform of your choice, you can access it easily by following these paths.

• Website: Log in, then open the player account menu and choose 'Promotions & Rewards' to enter the Hub.
• Desktop: Log in, then open 'Promotions & Rewards' from the right-hand side bar to enter the Hub.
• Mobile: Log in, then open 'Promotions & Rewards' from the app footer to enter the Hub.

However you access the Hub, we're sure you'll love it.

What else will change?

None of the functions will, but it's good to be clear on a few things:

• All 'Rewards' menus hosted by the Hub will be exclusively available there, with no other location as back-up.
  Examples:
  • To find 'My Rewards' and 'PokerStars Rewards', you'll have to head to the Hub now. These widgets will no longer have separate tabs in the account menu (website) or side bar (desktop).
  • To find your tournament tickets, you'll have to open the Hub first, then select 'My Rewards' there. The tickets overview will be removed from 'Tools' (desktop) or anywhere else it might have been.
  • To find your Tournament Money, you need to go to the Hub. Again, the T-Money will only be under 'My Rewards'.
• Designs for most features have been renewed and aligned for a more consistent feel.
• And don't forget the 'Promotions' menus: Find your Challenges and Leader Boards under the Hub as well.
  • If you use our desktop software, you still have separate icons for these widgets, just in case you prefer opening them directly through the navigation menu, as usual.
  • Another specific we'd like to mention is the pop-out window for the Hub on desktop. This makes it even easier to navigate and find all the info you're looking for.

When is the Hub going live?

As we go for a phased rollout, the Hub will be successively implemented market-by-market and platform-by-platform over a period of a few months.
