Request for security questions and Social Security Number details

Whenever the system detects three consecutive login failures on a real money account, it'll ask for additional authentication before the account can be accessed again.

In such a case, you'll need to answer two security questions and provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) after entering the correct password.

This added security measure serves to protect your account against unauthorized access and is part of our regulatory requirements.
