Android app issues - Reinstall after clearing data
If you're seeing performance issues with our app, clear the data and reinstall:
- Go to 'Settings', then 'Apps'.
- Pick our app from the list and tap on it.
- Choose 'Storage', then tap on 'Clear data'.
- Go back to 'App info' and tap 'Uninstall'.
- Restart your device.
- Download and install a new copy of our app from our website or the Google Play Store (if it's available).
The steps can vary depending on the device and operating system version. If they do not apply to your device, check with your manufacturer.
