Updating your registered mailing address

Follow the instructions below to log in and update your address. Choose the platform you're using:

Desktop software
  1. Log in to our desktop software
  2. Go to 'Settings' on the right-hand side of the main lobby
  3. Select 'Account Details'
  4. Choose 'Address'
  5. Enter your new address
  6. Confirm with 'APPLY'

What if I have a pending withdrawal request?

You have two options:

  1. Wait until we process your cashout and send your funds, then update your address.
  2. Cancel your withdrawal by opening the Cashier and choosing 'View/Cancel Pending Withdrawal.' Then, request a new one after you change your address.
